We had a very good State Farm Agent in North.
Carolina and find that Julie Whitaker, our State Farm Agent here, is excellent.
Julie took a considerable amount of time to review all of our insurance needs. She explained the differences between insurance in North Carolina and Virginia in non-insurance terms and patiently answered all of our questions.
Julie was very prompt in following up on some questions that we had during our office visit with her. When I say prompt, I mean the next day or two!!!

"2025 - I was concerned that I would be found at fault after a recent incident where a trailer jack stand fell off a truck and hit my car. Latreese looked at my claim and verified that I was not at fault. She was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, and she answered all my questions. I was relieved after speaking with her!
