Chris took all of the information, processed my request and had my temporary ID cards in my inbox within a few minutes. "It's always a pleasure to deal with State Farm's Mechanicsville office. Today I spoke with Tina Snow who handled my problems professionally and pleasantly. Since my husband passed away in November, I have had to deal with so many title tranfers, name/address changes etc and have had to wade through numerous telephone trees and multiple transfers to get to the proper person to handle the issue. It is so refreshing to actually speak to a real person and know that the problem will be handled properly on the first call. Thanks to everyone on the SF team."
