"At first, I was convinced that Sarah, my new insurance agent, was a robot. I mean, what real person would email you about a quote you got on a website? However, through her infinite patience and use of small words, she convinced me she was a real person. All kidding aside, she really is awesome. Knowledgeable, efficient, and again, can't stress this enough, patient. All my questions were answered, and I got a substantially better deal than certain lizard-based companies had given me. In hindsight, I can't believe that I've been buying insurance from a website for the last 15 years. Sarah saved me money, got me better coverage, and made sure I actually understood what I bought. She rocks. Can't recommend this place enough. Just tell 'em The Robot Guy sent you. And no, this will not save you more money."
